Therefore, variables for the 2010 Census civilian, civilian noninstitutionalized, and resident population plus Armed Forces overseas populations cannot be derived and are not available on this file. // Current data on births, deaths, and migration are used to calculate population change since the 2010 Census. A time series of estimates is produced, beginning with the census. The reference date for all estimates is the first of the month. With each new issue of estimates, the entire estimates series is revised.
